I thoroughly believe that institutions of higher education have historically been hubs of challenging students in multiple ways, and that they continue to do so. 

Personal and professional growth cannot occur if challenge is not in the environment. My goal is to continuously challenge myself in both my professional and personal goals, and to encourage those around me to do the same through open communication, a warm, welcome atmosphere, with coffee in hand and grace in my heart.
