Leadership
Taking the lead is one of my favorite past times. I am a firm believer that getting involved in organizations and serving others is a wonderful way to connect and grow as an individual in collaboration with my peers, mentors, and students alike. The Dynamic Leadership Institute is a leadership program founded at WKU that encourages, supports, and assists students in becoming a more well-rounded leader through four different phases. These phases consist of individual personality tests, group team-building activities, service learning projects, and interview and resume preparation. This organization was one of the many factors that helped shape me into the leader I am today. I am still a firm believer that the program is a wonderful one, so I volunteer as a facilitator for multiple phases of the program. Some other roles I currently serve in are the Vice President of the Alpha Delta Pi Epsilon Delta Alumnae Chapter, Co-Advisor of WKU Delight Ministries, and on the Steering Committee for the WKU Student Affairs Graduate Association.
